Bengaluru-based deeptech startup Dynolt Technologies has successfully raised $1.7 million in its seed funding round, led by Transition VC, with participation from prominent angel investor Yashowardhan Shah.

The seed funding will enable Dynolt to further expand its presence in the e-mobility sector, particularly focusing on developing high-power chargers equipped with wide bandgap semiconductors for fast-charging stations.

Founded in 2022 by Rajesh Sura and Teja Kumar, Dynolt specializes in developing power electronics solutions for the e-mobility, energy storage, renewable energy, and hydrogen sectors.

This investment comes at a time when global and domestic interest in clean energy is accelerating, with companies like Tesla ramping up hiring in India, and AI-driven innovations helping tackle energy challenges.

Revolutionizing Power Electronics for Clean Energy Solutions

Dynolt Technologies stands out for its expertise in software-defined power converters, which enhance power management by integrating software solutions. The company emphasizes that its technology is scalable and reusable, speeding up product development across various industries.

Rajesh Sura, co-founder and CEO of Dynolt Technologies, shared with Entrepreneur, “We’re on a mission to redefine the future of clean energy in India. This investment will enable us to expand into critical sectors like battery energy storage systems (BESS), renewable energy, and hydrogen while strengthening our leadership in next-generation power conversion solutions.”

Supporting India’s Clean Energy and EV Growth

Raiyaan Shingati, co-founder and managing partner at Transition VC, highlighted the importance of advancements in power electronics to accelerate the energy transition. He stated that Dynolt’s innovations will play a key role in improving the efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of renewable energy solutions and electric vehicles (EVs).

Dynolt Technologies has already deployed over 14,000 power converters across India, surpassing 30 million charging cycles. Notable clients such as Yulu, Yuma Energy, EMO Energy, and River have benefitted from Dynolt's cutting-edge technology.

Exploring Solar and Hydrogen Solutions

In addition to its focus on electric vehicles and energy storage, Dynolt is also exploring opportunities in solar and hydrogen energy solutions. The company plans to integrate high-frequency inverters and DC-DC converters to enhance its technology’s capabilities and expand its offerings to address broader clean energy needs.

As India continues its push toward clean energy solutions and the growth of the electric vehicle market, Dynolt Technologies is well-positioned to lead the charge with its innovative power electronics solutions.
