Bengaluru-based startup RevRag.AI has launched Sophie, an AI-powered onboarding agent designed to enhance customer engagement and reduce sales funnel drop-offs.

Specifically tailored for the fintech, banking, lending, and insurance sectors, Sophie aims to address the challenge of revenue loss due to abandoned onboarding and sales cycles.

Sophie offers real-time AI assistance and proactive engagement through multiple communication channels, including AI-powered voice calls, emails, chat, and WhatsApp. This ensures personalised follow-ups and timely assistance, ultimately increasing conversions and improving the overall customer experience.

Sophie is part of RevRag.AI’s expanding suite of AI agents. The company’s first AI sales agent, Emma, initially focused on automating B2B cold email outreach.

Based on customer feedback and market demand, RevRag.AI expanded its capabilities to include AI-driven voice interactions, chat, and WhatsApp engagement, further enhancing its offerings.

Last year, the startup raised $600,000 in Pre-Seed funding to fuel its growth and innovation. The funding round was backed by prominent investors including Powerhouse Ventures, Viral Bajaria, Premal Shah (Co-founder of 6sense), Deepak Anchala (Founder of Slintel), Vetri Vellore (Founder of Rhythms), Kunal Shah (Founder of CRED), and several other notable investors.
