TCS Partners with Vishal Sikka's Vianai Systems
The partnership will see TCS offer enterprise customers access to cutting-edge Generative AI tools through the hila Platform.
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has teamed up with Vianai Systems, the Human-Centered AI startup founded by former Infosys CEO Vishal Sikka, to offer enterprise customers access to cutting-edge Generative AI tools through the hila Platform.
The partnership aims to simplify decision-making for leaders in finance, supply chain, and sales by enabling natural language interactions with enterprise data—no technical expertise required. TCS will customise and integrate the hila platform to suit various industries, while also offering support and tailored AI services.
TCS plans to leverage the platform internally to enhance CRM, sales, and supply chain processes. The company sees this move as part of a broader commitment to making data intuitive and actionable, integrating AI into core business functions, and reducing complexity.

Vianai’s hila platform is built to deliver fast, secure, and accurate insights directly from transactional data. TCS, meanwhile, continues to invest in AI skill development and has introduced a Responsible AI Framework for ethical AI adoption.
