Thoughtworks Appoints Kaushik Sarkar as Regional MD for Europe, Middle East, and India
Sarkar will lead growth initiatives, strengthen client partnerships, and expand the company’s AI-first software delivery
Thoughtworks, a global technology consultancy, has named Kaushik Sarkar as the Regional Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East, and India (EMEI).
In his new role, Sarkar will lead growth initiatives, strengthen client partnerships, and expand the company’s AI-first software delivery and data engineering capabilities across the region. He will also focus on refining Thoughtworks’ go-to-market strategies across industries including financial services, automotive, healthcare, life sciences, the public sector, and retail.

Sarkar brings over 25 years of experience in global technology consulting. Before joining Thoughtworks, he served as President of Collabera Digital and held leadership positions at Cognizant, GlobalLogic, IBM, and TCS.
