Zomato Is Hiring GenAI Engineers For Its New AI Platform Nugget
Developed over three years as an internal tool, Nugget now handles more than 15 million support interactions per month across Zomato, Blinkit, and Hyperpure.

Zomato has launched Nugget, an in-house no-code AI-powered customer support platform designed to enhance its food delivery services, quick commerce vertical Blinkit, and supply-chain platform Hyperpure. CEO Deepinder Goyal shared the announcement on X.
“Nugget is an AI-native, no-code platform that helps businesses scale support effortlessly. It’s highly customizable, cost-effective, and doesn’t require a development team. With no rigid workflows, Nugget offers seamless automation,” Goyal wrote on X.
